Our President & CEO, Mina Consarino, has decades of experience in people management and consulting services in the financial industry. She began her career in the industry as a financial advisor and because of her passion to help others, she joined management. In her role, she excelled and thrived across multiple major firms, eventually leading her to start her own recruiting firm.

 

Her experience as a hiring manager in major wire houses and banks has given her a deep understanding of financial needs and concerns not only for a financial advisor but also grasping the needs of each firm. This includes a very detailed understanding of the books of business, book valuation, firm culture, contracts and deals.
